Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you give us to consider your application or run your rep account, we share it only with the services that help us do that, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to correct or delete it at any time at partners@joinelevated.net.
Who we are
This site is operated by Elevated Ones Marketing LLC under the name Elevated Management Group (“Elevated”, “we”, “us”), based in Tampa, Florida. For anything in this policy, write to partners@joinelevated.net.
What we collect, and why
When you apply
The application form at apply.html asks for your name, phone number, email, sales experience, the campaign you are interested in, and the interview day and time window you prefer. We use it to evaluate your application, contact you, and schedule an interview. We do not ask for a Social Security number, date of birth, or any payment information, and you should not send them.
When you use the Rep Portal
Accounts are created by Elevated for team members. The portal holds your name, username, rep code, market, who recruited you, your sign-in history, and the sales records tied to you: order numbers, order and install dates, status, number of gigs, commission figures, and the name of the customer on each order as it was entered in our sales tracker. Your password is stored only as a salted hash; we cannot read it.
If you are a rep, you should enter only the customer details the order needs. Customer information in the portal is visible to the rep who sold the order and to Elevated’s owners.
Security and technical data
- When a sign-in fails, we record the network address it came from for up to one day, to block automated guessing.
- If you reached the application form from one of our ads, its link names the ad (for example
utm_content=T7-B). When you apply, we record that label and the time on their own, with nothing about you, so we can tell which ads bring applicants. - Our hosting provider keeps routine server logs (network address, browser type, pages requested).
- Your browser requests fonts from Google Fonts and animation scripts from the jsDelivr content network when you load our pages, which discloses your network address to those providers.
Cookies
We set up to two cookies. elevated_session is set when you sign in to the Rep Portal. It keeps you signed in, is strictly necessary for that, and is removed when you sign out or after 14 days.
el_ab is set when we are comparing two versions of a page. It keeps you on the same version for up to 60 days and holds a random ID that is not linked to your name or contact details. While a comparison runs we record which steps that ID reaches, such as viewing the page or finishing a step of the application, so we can tell which version works better. The comparison data we keep never includes what you type into the form, your IP address or your device. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing for the comparison (you will still see one consistent version).
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We use these providers to run the site and the team, each only for the purpose shown:

Order details, including the customer’s name, are also provided to the partner company the order was sold for, because that is how the order is fulfilled. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Calls, texts and email
If you submit the application form and agree on the form, we may call, text, or email you about your application and interview. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text or tell us to stop at the address above. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of anything else.
How long we keep it
We keep application details only as long as we need them to consider your application and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. Portal and payroll records are kept for as long as needed to pay commissions, handle chargebacks and meet tax and accounting obligations. Failed sign-in addresses are deleted within a day.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and to stop contacting you. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone. We will not treat you differently for asking. Write to partners@joinelevated.net; we may need to confirm it is you before acting, and we aim to reply within 45 days.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted, passwords are hashed, portal access is limited by role, and repeated failed sign-ins are blocked. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
